On Wednesday, we went to go see the Mets and the Cubs — two often historically bad teams — face off at Citi Field. The night got off to a promising start: the Cubs hit a home run on the very first pitch of the game, only to fumble the ball, literally, and wind up losing to the extremely poorly performing Mets. It’s hard to be mad at my old Chicago guys in a case like this; they really did blow it, ultimately, and I can never fault the Mets for having fun out there.
