Stopping at th end of lost s1 is psycho! S2E1 is one of the best moments of the whole show!!! But my feelings on Lost are well documented and yes, it gets worse on every rewatch :) enjoy!!
Lost was a cornerstone of my personality when I was in high school, partly because I’d never felt that way about a TV show before and partly because at the time I was living on Oahu (where it was filmed). You’d have Lost sightings everywhere. My dad almost got into a car accident with Elizabeth Mitchell in a parking lot once, and I saw Michael Emerson walking down the street in Honolulu and nearly lost my shit. Anyway, Josh is watching Lost for the first time, he’s about to wrap up season one, and it’s been really fun to watch him go from “this TV show is pretty good” to “I *need* to know what’s in the hatch.” The B plot where Sawyer gets a pair of reading glasses is the most sitcommy shit I’ve seen in a long time.
One of the craziest parts of Lost is that you get those random sitcom sideplots - I love Sawyer's glasses arc (and Sawyer in general, maybe my favorite on the show by a wide margin). I saw Michael Emerson on the subway the week after I moved out east from Chicago and it was a very "it's all happening" type of moment.
Lmao I’ve been trying to get my husband to watch Lost and he’s been suggesting I’d like Fringe for just about as long as we’ve known each other. He’s watching Lost now so maybe I should take the Fringe plunge

I'm so excited for the Fran Mugazine and I'm glad the Nancy design made the cut. My dad will think it is very funny because whenever he sees your writing in the wild he texts me about my "friend with a Nancy tattoo."
I only went on one date in grad school and I left it after the guy called Gregory Peck a "wooden" actor. I think I would be generous now about this take, but maybe not!!

I will just say that I firmly regret the amount of time invested in watching all of LOST.
